SpinVox is a great product. It converts your traditional voicemails into text messages and sends them direct to your mobile phone- ideal for meetings or noisy environments.

We were initially approached to provide technical authoring skills, specifically to organise the online sign-up process to make it as efficient and user-friendly as possible. We soon also took on client-facing written materials; and also delivered audio for IVR (phone menus).

From initial contact to conclusion, we managed all of the following within 30 days:

We specified, wrote and tested the sign-up process and telephone dial-in scripts. We edited the audio for telephone recordings and prompts. We produced key marketing materials, including website copy, flyers, text messages, copy for exhibition stands and co-branded literature for high-street retail partners. We produced authoritative helpfiles and supporting documentation to help new customers make the most of what is an entirely new service. And internally, we helped create essential documents such as press and media packs, brand positioning documents and Q&A's.

The SpinVox service is now up-and-running (and has received numerous awards, including "Best Innovative Service" at the Mobile News Awards 2005). Ongoing, Spinvox remains a WPC client.
