Omniis is an IT Support consultancy based in Hertfordshire. The company is expanding rapidly, thanks to excellent customer service and a proactive management team. When the company takes on a new client, its support engineers make an initial site visit in order to identify any problems and recommend solutions. We were invited in to spruce up the reports generated by the site visit, and to streamline the report generation process. We created master report documents, and now write each new report for the engineers in a much reduced time. (Clients now receive an informative, honest and comprehensive review of their systems usually within three days). We also provided laminate cue-sheets for engineers working on-site so that all points in the report are addressed.
As well as producing new client reports, we recently authored "The Business-Owner's Guide to Computers" for Omniis, a free booklet (30 pages) given to prospective clients. It is already reaping dividends in interest from new sales leads. Omniis' sales-focused activities with us also now include regular new on-hold announcements, which we produce and voice, promoting Onmiis' rapidly growing suite of products and services.
